[opensuse] change in fstab

I am in the process of installing opensuse 13.1 on my main box, and I
noticed that the fstab is missing some lines which were in previous
versions. The lines that are not in my 13.1 installation are:

proc /proc proc
defaults 0 0
sysfs /sys sysfs
noauto 0 0
debugfs /sys/kernel/debug debugfs
noauto 0 0
usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs
noauto 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts
mode=0620,gid=5 0 0

Is this a new thing, that these no longer have to be in fstab? Or is
there something wrong with my installation?
