works completely" even mean?

It is well known that bluetooth doesn't work.

Usually when something doesn't' works, somebody try to repair it ;-)


I would tend to agree with Marco - that it is well known not to work
does not make it not annoying.

That we put stuff in the release notes about stuff that doesn't work,
does not relieve the user of the unpleasant discovery.
