A clean install of 13.1, correct process of adding the second user, same fonts
in
/usr/share/fonts/... and in /etc/X11/...., same games........ so why shouldn't
the fonts in the home
directory be the same? Tell all :-) .

Nope. I simply wonder, I ask, whether you have fonts also on your home path. Some people do. That would explain why on the same computer one user sees different than another user. That's one possible explanation. Another is that they belong to different groups.
