I upgraded to 12.3 last Saturday...

Did you install the online updates?


systemd-presets-branding-openSUSE-0.2.0-2.5.1.noarch post script does not
reapply systemd presets, so updates won't really help here unless it is done
somewhere else. Unfortunately this is one of those cases that can really be
fixed only during installation.
