They are documented in "info grub2". But as grub-install or
grub-mkconfig. Patches for grub.info to replace all occurrences of
"grub" with "grub2" in relevant places are welcome.

grub-mkconfig -o /media/btldr/boot/grub/grub.cfg[*]
[*] You need to create a blank file called 'grub.cfg' for this command to
work.


I just tested it (again) with non-existent file and it works.
