Way to transfer the blame from people who made a change to people who
suffered the effects of it.

OK, guys? Neither of these comments is particularly constructive or
helpful in moving the conversation forward and actually resolving the
problem.

Can we get away from blamestorming on this and actually get to the point
of figuring out how to actually FIX the problem?
