Have you installed texlive-latex-doc package

Yes, but that doesn't seem to contain English html-documentation (scrolled
through the
whole list; apparently that's all what you can do in Yast).
Otherwise I found

/usr/lib/texmf/doc/texlive/index.html

which should be exactly for what I'm looking for, but unfortunately
the main source, the "Available package documentation (some 1200 entries)"
is a broken link to

/usr/lib/doc.html

??
