Route your list mail thru something with a static IP helps.

I used to have a lot of that problem running my own mail server on a dynamic.
Got a static, and problem disappeared.

That and your PGP sig fails validation half the time...
(not likely part of this problem but it happens a lot for your
sig for some reason.)
