Of course not, and I've always supported the decision of this list's 
managers to refrain from inserting (overwriting) Reply-To headers.

So, to clarify, I agree that people who don't want direct replies to 
their personal accounts should not include Reply-To in their postings. 
If they include a Reply-To that directs mail to their own account, then 
they should not complain about receiving such direct replies.
