rpm -Vv tomcat5
.....UG. /etc/tomcat5/base/Catalina
.....UG. /etc/tomcat5/base/Catalina/localhost
S.5..UGT /etc/tomcat5/base/tomcat-users.xml
.....UG. /srv/www/tomcat5/base
.....UG. /srv/www/tomcat5/base/webapps
.....UG. /usr/share/tomcat5

I changed file owners, and everything went fine !
