Yes you will but it is not the boxed set version it is the oss version.
You can find it here:

http://ftp4.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source/

and some non-oss packages here:

http://ftp4.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source-java/

You can find the ftp install iso here:

http://ftp4.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source/boot/

After the install you can add additional repos for other packages.
