Not sure about the MP3 stuff, but normally WindowsXP does not play DVDs by
default.


Really? I thought Windows Media Player supported it outta the box.
*shrugs*
Most ppl however get DVD playback software with either their DVD hardware or
video cards these days (pity it's normally Windows only) :-/
