The printed manuals were a very big thing for me. I am finding that
more and more I cannot sit for more than about 20 minutes in about
every 4 hours at the computer. It is set up correctly regarding
refresh rates etc. I get a migraine if I try to go beyond that 20

I am only human, please forgive me if I make a mistake it is not deliberate.
Xmas may be over but, PLEASE DON'T drink and drive you'll make it to
the next one that way.
