Thank you for all your help Sunny. For some reason YAST loaded driver
1.07676. I decided to manually load the latest driver 1.08756 from the
website and everything is great and it is alot better than my old card.
Confused on what happened with YOU though I even used YOU to try and
upgraded drivers but it always loaded that one.
