No, it is still at /proc/bus/usb:

# grep usb /etc/fstab /etc/mtab /proc/mounts
/etc/fstab:usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs noauto 0 0
/proc/mounts:usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs rw 0 0
[1]

At least it should be there -

[1] I wonder why it isn't listed in /etc/mtab (aka "mount" output), but
that's a minor issue...
