Your relay host is listed in two black lists:

DNS_FROM_RFC_POST (1.614 points) Envelope sender in
postmaster.rfc-ignorant.org
RCVD_IN_XBL (3.076 points) Received via a relay in Spamhaus XBL
(sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org.)


The first one applies directly to siscom.net: you should report to them.
The second should be them as well.

The other mark is BAYES_80, and it yields 2 points. This one is
responsibility of SuSE, but as you are getting 8.2, that is not enough.
