OK, never mind, I just got the source and tried to compile it and I get the
same thing.

The problem is that the definition of __le64 is inside an #if !defined
(__STRICT_ANSI__) block and the configure test program uses the compile flag
-std=iso9899:1990 which defines that macro

This seems like a bug in autoconf
