All you have to do is click the unsubscribe link in the headers. The headers
for mail that comes to an individual has that individual's ready made
unsubscribe link in the headers such that all the unsubscriber has to do is
make one mouse click. That's why it isn't the same address for everyone. If
people are really such sad cases that they can't figure thisout it is
somewhat hard to have any patience with their joining a tech list in the
first place.
