So, two questions:

1) Where can I find the 6 files I'm missing?

they should be linked in the packmen site towards the end of the page
you have dowloaded Mplayer

2) What do the two "warnings" mean?

The GPG keys of the pakager are not installed in your gnupg repository.
Unless you install those these messages are cosmetic
