This is a Ralink RT2500 802.11 Cardbus Reference Card. Is this some
sort of wireless thingie?

Galileo Technology Ltd. is now Marvell Technology Group Ltd.
4362 is a gigabit ethernet controller.

to start with I think you need to upgrade your pciutils package. That'll
give you an up-to-date listing with lspci.
Second, you need to check to see if you're using the latest Marvell
driver for your gigabit network. I had expected two devices to show up,
but if both your interfaces are gigabit, maybe there is just the one
device and the driver create two interfaces out of it. (somehow).
What's the exact Gigabyte model# of your motherboard?

I remember discussing the Marvell drivers with someone else on this
list not long ago. I don't know what the conclusion was.
