* Most of the commercial software won't be included
* It's free as in beer as well as in speech
* Less dead trees
* It doesn't result in any money going directly to SuSE to help fund
future Open Source development (see point 2), so maybe buy a Geeko or
something if you go for it

No, it's definitely closer to the Professional Edition.
