Change /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager to read
DISPLAYMANAGER_PASSWORD_LESS_LOGIN="no"
DISPLAYMANAGER_AUTOLOGIN=""
Strange what you are seeing, but I've had odd happenings in YaST on
occasions.
