To my knowledge, the AIW ATI cards aren't fully supported as far as video
capture and tv tuning. This may have changed recently.

You could get a Hauppauge WinTV card, which is fairly well supported. Just
make sure to get a model with Stereo, many of the Hauppauges have Mono audio
only.
