Sure, but you have to escape them, as John did, or enclose the whole thing in
quotes, thusly

wine "/home/erik/.wine/fake/Program Files/a32-192.exe"

The point is that if you have just a space, your shell will interpret it as
separate parameters and pass it to the program as

parm 1: /home/erik/.wine/fake/Program
parm 2: Files/a32-192.exe

which will obviously fail
