does suse have an official tool to net bandwidth for different services?

Hi, people.

Do you know if Suse supports, has an "official" tool to
control/prioritize network traffic for different services available on
the server with suse linux ?

E.g. ssh/telnet should always have higher priority over http traffic.


There are projects on the net like this one
http://diffserv.sourceforge.net

But it seems they are not trivial to configure.


In my opinion, the task to prioritize network bandwidth attributed for
different network services is important specifically for a server. The
least reason is that an admin should always be able to control hi server
remotely.
