Changed the START_SMB in /etc/rc.config from yes to no. That fixed it. Just
hope I can get on the network when I go to work tuesday.

You have samba running as a daemon (START_SMB in /etc/rc.config ) and
enabled in inetd. Disable one or the other. If you have no network,
disable both.

Quoting Art Fore <art_fore@xxxxxxxx>:
Xconsole has "inetd[1040]: netbios-ssn/tcp (2): bind: Address already in
use" which shows up every 10 minutes. I am not even connected to the
or to the internet. Anyone have any idea what causes this?
