It's a great tool but it's not on the SuSE distribution unfortunately.
You can find the tarball on Debian's ftp site:

ftp.debian.org

in the following directory:

/debian/dists/stable/main/source/utils/

The package is called:

bsdmainutils_4.7.1.tar.gz
