According to /usr/src/linux/Documentation/devices.txt, char-major-145 is a
SAM9407-based soundcard. I don't know why it is being probed for, but you
could always try editing /etc/modules.conf to include the line "alias
char-major-145 off" and reboot. That usually fixes this kind of problem.
Remember to keep a backup of that important file. Someone more
knowledgeable will probably post a better answer soon.
