Netscape problems..

Im not a netscape user and I have been trying to set
it up and I am having the following inconveniences:
1. Can not import my wab address book file from M$
2. Can I configure my mail netscape software so it
makes any sound when it get a message?
3. Can I add a signature to my outgoing mails?
