Re: [SLE] Alternative to 'hwinfo' for scsi
If my memory serves me, this card does what the early Compaq fileserver's
did.
Each cable with a drive (or 2 drives per cable as master/slave) and created
hardware raid 5 emulation with 4, 6 or 8 drives. You needed the right driver
software matching the card AND BIOS Extension Version for each o/s for the
Compaq, i'm not sure with yours.
