JFYI: zypper-1.11.17 has slightly new color code and also a new global option '--[no-]color' to turn colors on/off for a specific command. Within the [color] section in zypper.conf, the 'background = light/dark' option was removed. The default schema avoids using white/grey/black. Two new color names 'Default' and 'Bold' are available to refer to the terminals default color / bold-color. There's a new config value for rendering the whole 'prompt' line. Prompt options can still be renderd differently. ## Color for prompts. ## ## Valid values: color ## Default value: bold ## # prompt = bold ## Color for prompt options. ## ## Valid values: color ## Default value: undefined, follows prompt ## # promptOption = Highlighting of packagenames in the summary list is now also configurable: ## Do highlighting of package lists for easier reading? ## Within the packagelists displayed as transactions summary ## hightlight the first letter of every package name (all), ## or only of the first package in each letter group (first). ## ## Valid values: all/first/no ## Default value: all ## # pkglistHighlight = all For details see the [color] section in zypper.conf. -- cu, Michael Andres +------------------------------------------------------------------+ Key fingerprint = 2DFA 5D73 18B1 E7EF A862 27AC 3FB8 9E3A 27C6 B0E4 +------------------------------------------------------------------+ Michael Andres SUSE LINUX GmbH, Development, ma@suse.de GF:Jeff Hawn,Jennifer Guild,Felix Imendörffer, HRB21284(AG Nürnberg) Maxfeldstrasse 5, D-90409 Nuernberg, Germany, ++49 (0)911 - 740 53-0 +------------------------------------------------------------------+ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: zypp-devel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: zypp-devel+owner@opensuse.org
