No. Looking at the code, the message is printed by
        perror("db->open var/lib/rpm/Packages");
So this is not the actual path passed to open.


- I suppose your /var/lib/rpm/Packages is present?

- I can't reproduce it, but 2 days ago this code location in the satsolver 
tools was changed. Maybe it's related to your bug. Michael Schroeder should 
know.
