It's been consistent. Why now a mixture of .cmake and .in?

        ./doc/autodoc/Doxyfile.cmake
        ./VERSION.cmake
        ./libzypp.pc.cmake
        ./package/libzypp-rpmlint.cmake

but  
        ./libzypp.spec.in
