I'm doing some maintenance on svn.opensuse.org (the external Subversion
server) tonight.

This includes an upgrade to Subversion 1.5 (you can read up on the new
features at http://subversion.tigris.org/svn_1.5_releasenotes.html).

The main thing to notice should be that single repositories can be
read-only at times; in that case just try again later, please.

If somebody could forward this mail to the relevant yast mailing
list(s), I would be most grateful.
