I initially tried fixing CruiseControl by simply rebuilding the chroot 
that now required libqdialogsolver1-devel.  That broke, and much to my 
amazement we don't _have_ any such package in STABLE at all.  It seemed to 
only ever have existed in the 10.3 branch.

So, please submit such package to stable, and revert my revert only after 
it got checked in and was built at least once :)
