[zypp-devel] Test new libzypp on 10.3, package needs improvements

The OBS has the repository zypp:/Backport where we can find libzypp
4.3.0 for openSUSE 10.3. There is any real interest in the new libzypp
being tested over 10.3 or isn't supposed to work correctly in anything
but Factory anyway?
If test over 10.3 are of interest the package should be improved to
allow parallel installation with the native libzypp version of the
distribution. At least file conflicts should be resolved:
but probably should be changed to follow the "Shared Library Packaging
Policy" (that already thinks about parallel instalation).
