I've corrected that.  The ResObject::licenseToConfirm() method returns the 
(translated) variant of the Eula (i.e. "=Eul" tag, "eula" attribute).  The 
license itself (=Lic tag, "license" attribute) appears only in 
data::Packagebase, and is a simple string.
