There's also http://en.opensuse.org/Libzypp/Application_Layer which
has some more information, I don't know anything else about it though.
I'm somewhat concerned about the magnitude of changes in API for 11,
as I've been using it for a personal project.
Actually, this largely just summarizes the status quo with only very little
new functionality -- which tends to be moving functionality from elsewhere
(YQPackageSelector / NCPackageSelector / zypper) to this API layer where it
really belongs.
We just never had a formal specification for all that. Now we do.
