After talking about the zypp backend for PackageKit, we (Scott, JP and
I) were chatting about the Application API we've heard about for
libzypp. Could someone let us know:
1. Where can the new API proposal be found? Is it this?

There's also http://en.opensuse.org/Libzypp/Application_Layer which
has some more information, I don't know anything else about it though.
