Before having this request, you looked at other.xml.gz, right?  And you 
did notice that it's 50MB (for FACTORY), compressed, right? ;-)

Seriously we (at least I) consider adding the changelog to the attribute 
store, but it does come at a fairly large cost in download size, so we 
might split it, or cut it after some entries (like, say only have the last 
10 entries, or so).
