In the YaST package selector, use the "Versions" tab on the bottom right
to select a specific version.
Unfortunately this is impossible due to all sort of dependency errors.
That's a different problem. In that case, you might really reconsider if it's
a good idea to try to install that specific version. Or if you have to
update / downgrade some other packages to other versions, too, which might
really quickly get you deep into dependency hell.
