Thanks Jano, the new libzypp brings great speed and feature improvements. I am looking forward to generally use it on 10.2 when all the yast stuff works too. (We won't be able to upgrade all our servers to 10.3 within the next 6 months) dipe

Yes, specifying version to install/remove is a mandatory feature and is being implemented right now. In fact you can find the feature in zypper 0.8.4, but it is yet buggy and needs some more work. What you will be able to do after its completed is:

zypper install sqlite = 3.38
