After merging the branch into trunk, and preparing for submission, I got a 
failure from rpmlint, that we dont follow library policy.

According to the policy, the package name should be

libzypp$NUMBER where $NUMBER is the soname.
We use right now a special way to create the soname from the package name. So 
we can avoid increasing the major version when we make interface incompatible 
changes.

For now, I just cheated over rpmlint and I am trying to get the package built 
for submission, but this has to be fixed somehow.
