RepoManager is born. Right now it can list repositories and be tested, and the
first methods to control the repo management workflow are being implemented.
( cleanMetadata, refreshMetadata, buildCache, cleanCache and createFromCache )
When I get something basic working in the testcase, I will branch zypper to
start doing the port, in order to achieve the big milestone of installing a
package.
