1. Status update

- YUMParser is able to get list of files to parse and call correspondent
parsers (*FileReaders). PrimaryFileReader almost done, others still
pending (see also [1])
- SUSETagsParser almost done (only small parts missing, like some
metadata), not writing to database yet.
- Respository handling - Duncan committed initial code


2. Common code structure

Michael proposed (and implemeted) common code for progress reporting in
parsers [2]. Existing code will be adapted to use this code.

Please report/discuss any other similar needs on appropriate channels as
they arise.


3. Code quality

It has been agreed that we should use a defensive approach to writing
code right from the start - proper memory allocations, exception
handling, etc.

Michael will post some notes on the existing code in regard to this
topic [3].


4. Milestone definition

Both Parsers should be complete (all the metadata parsed, stored to db,
code cleaned-up, docs written) by May 14th. (Michael, Jan)

Duncan (together with Michael) will work on new repository handling.
