Things running this week:

Michael:
- Tags parser
- compressing data not only saves download time but also parse time.
Jano: 
- YUM parser, making progress
- I have to add that the design of the new xml stuff is much cleaner
Duncan:
- ResolvablesQuery, optimizations in CachedSource and thinking about 
SourceManager and integration of the different pieces.
- Still haven't figured how to integrate signature check in fetcher, should we 
add the signature info to the OnMediaLocation?
