Hi all,
I have added a new YaST documentation related to the Localization:
http://yastgithubio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/localization/
It is basically a port of a similar documentation for WebYaST [1] to YaST. It is focused on the coding, e.g. how to use the _(), n_(), N_() translation marks.
Enjoy!
Lada
P.s: AFAIK there is/was done some work related to generating the POT files automatically, it would be nice if somebody added that part to the new doc. TIA!
It also would be nice to drop Translation [1] section from there, as it links to the wiki page [2] which is outdated (tells about committing to SVN) and obsolete (nothing links there, see [3]). Using translation, localization and internationalization terms in one document always makes me sad :( [1]http://yastgithubio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/translation/ [2]https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:YaST_translation [3]https://en.opensuse.org/Special:WhatLinksHere/openSUSE:YaST_translation -- Regards, Minton. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: yast-devel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: yast-devel+owner@opensuse.org
