a vendor web ui running on a different port.
So this is similar to a normal html 'href' but should open a new
browser tab (resp. window) to make the difference apparent.

please find a first idea of integration of vendor specific modules at:

The idea would be:
Vendor specific modules are represented either with an icon specified by a
vendor or by a generic icon (e.g. yast-vendor.png)
