Hi,

please avoid the use of the function ByteToHumanString from
Partition.ycp and partition_defines.ycp. Use instead the function
FormatSizeWithPrecision from String.ycp so I can clean up the
code in storage.

These files are affected:

./cim/testsuite/devel/cim-browser.ycp
./repair/src/OSRPtbl.ycp
