I think this is mostly yast2-gtk specific, yast2-qt under KDE does not
steal focus.
KWin doesn't steal focus, but Compiz does - which is also used by KDE
users. And unlike Metacity there isn't a patch for it, so I suggest the
relevant YCP code be backported.
